1. Reporting abuse. If you find any content that you believe to be inappropriate please alert Yahoo! by completing an Abuse
Form so we may take any necessary action. When reporting content,
it is important to provide the following information: the Yahoo! ID in
question, the photo album or folder and the names of the files.
2. Sharing files. You can share files with people on Yahoo! Briefcase, however you should think about who you want to share files with. You're able to share items with people in two ways: give them
access to the folders in your briefcase, or email them.
"Sharing" is associated with the contents of a folder. While
creating a folder you determine who to share it with -- you an create public and private folders or give access to specific people.
3. Sending files to friends. Rather than actually
email the specific file, you can send somebody an email that will automatically
include the links to your files so they can decide whether or not to download
them. To do this, access the file via Yahoo! Briefcase and simply copy and paste the URL from your browsers address bar into your email.
4. Creating folders. Simply click "Create
Folder" from the top page of your briefcase (the top of your briefcase
is also called "Folder List"). Then just enter a name for the
folder.
5. Moving files. Go to the folder where the
file currently exists. Select the item using the checkbox to the left
of its name. Next, click on the box that says "Choose Destination"
and select a new home for your item. Click "Move" and your item
will appear in its new place.
