Andrea Cappuccini brings a wealth of experience of selling top name media brand names to the Yahoo! UK & Ireland sales team. As Senior Sales Executive at Virgin Radio, she was responsible for handling major advertising agencies and negotiating annual contracts. Previously, Andrea worked at Associated Newspapers and IPC magazines. Her brief at Yahoo! includes handling major agencies and advertiser accounts together with developing co-branded promotions.

Robert Jones's responsibilities will include IT category advertising and promoting Yahoo! to direct marketing agencies. He joins Yahoo! from David Todd Associates where he was responsible for handling a number of international media accounts within the IT, business and financial markets. Besides having been among the first to sell banner advertising in the UK on D-Comm, an early online media venture by Economist Publications, Robert has IT industry experience from previous positions at VNU Business Publications.

Kate Rider, PR Manager.

Kate Rider joins Yahoo! from PA News where as a journalist she supplied news and entertainment news to PA clients including Yahoo!. Previously, Kate spent two years as a reporter at the BBC, where she supplied news to the national radio stations. Kate is responsible for the management of Yahoo!'s sponsorship and events programme and all PR activity in the UK and Ireland.

Amanda-Jane Daniels, Business Development Director, UK & Ireland and Scandinavia.

As Head of Sales for Europe, Middle East, Africa and India at BBC Worldwide, Amanda was responsible for all television and publishing activity across the region. She launched the first BBC branded television slots and was instrumental in developing local joint venture channels. Previously, Amanda worked with the Royal Shakespeare Company where she managed sales and brand development. Amanda is responsible for new business development including sourcing new content and forming strategic joint venture alliances across Yahoo!'s UK & Ireland and Scandinavian properties.
