| Yahoo! to Be Internet Media Partner of this Year's 41st London Film Festival |

LONDON, November 6, 1997 -- Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq: YHOO - news) the world's leading Internet media company, is pleased to join the Guardian, Evening Standard, The Observer, Empire Magazine, Time Out and Capital Radio as media partner of this year’s London Film Festival (November 6-23 1997). Yahoo! Europe will be the official sponsor of Cinema Europa, the Festival’s presentation of the best of European movie releases featuring the eagerly awaited Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door starring German heart throb, Til Schwiger. An eclectic mix of North, East, West and Central European screen debuts, Cinema Europa was chosen by Yahoo! as reflective of its expansion across Europe. A recent survey (source: Yahoo! Europe User Survey/Continental Research ‘97) in July this year confirmed that 54% of Yahoo! users go to the cinema once a month and 23% go at least once every two weeks. The sponsorship will see the London Film Festival promoting on Yahoo! (www.yahoo.co.uk) with banner adverts, key word search and hot links to the Festival’s own site. Yahoo!
