Located at http://www.yahoo.co.uk/teamtalk/ the new service, provided by Yahoo! and IMS Teamtalk, brings you all the latest football news every day of the week. The service, a must for any self-respecting football fan, is a totally independent football news and reports service covering 55 teams in England and Scotland.

Speaking about the new service, Yahoo! I think our many users will find this a really helpful addition to our continued growing range of service. Yahoo!’s aim is to make the Web an easier environment in which to find information that people really want. Working with Teamtalk, we’re providing them with exactly that content."

Ian Holding, the IMS Sports Director and the man responsible for organising an in-house team of approximately 20 journalists and a nation-wide network of over 40 press agencies, believes the arrangement with Yahoo! further enhances Teamtalk’s growing reputation. "It is flattering to know Yahoo! feels we have the qualities of editorial which can add value to its site and satisfy the needs of its users. The Teamtalk site is already generating over 700,000 page impressions per month. Our involvement with Yahoo! is sure to increase this number significantly and quickly".
