| Yahoo! Europe Announces Departure of Fabiola Arredondo, Managing Director |

LONDON - Feb. 15, 2001 - Yahoo! Europe today announced that Fabiola Arredondo, the Managing Director for Europe, has decided to leave the company to pursue private business interests. Since joining Yahoo! Europe in 1997, Arredondo has been instrumental in building the company's successful and profitable European operation, to annual revenues of $113.6 million in 2000. Yahoo! Europe is one of the leading sites for its users in each of the countries in which it operates, with 31 million unique users throughout Europe visiting the Yahoo! network during the month of December 2000. Under Arredondo's leadership, Yahoo! Europe has established significant breadth and depth in its organisation. Yahoo! Europe is in the process of naming a successor to work with the senior executive team in London and each of the other European countries where the company operates businesses, to continue building the world's leading global consumer and business services company.
