The following list is a group of guidelines and additional terms of service for the Yahoo! Mail service:

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF YAHOO! MAIL EXTRA STORAGE TERMS OF SERVICE

Yahoo! Mail Extra Storage ("Yahoo! Mail Extra Storage" or the "Service"), provided to you by Yahoo! UK Limited ("Yahoo!"), is a service through which registered Yahoo! Mail users can pay for more storage in their Yahoo! mailbox. The Service is provided to you under the terms and conditions of these Yahoo! Mail Extra Storage Terms of Service, the Yahoo! Terms of Service (http://uk.docs.yahoo.com/info/terms.html) and the Yahoo! Mail Guidelines (http://docs.yahoo.com/info/guidelines/mail.html) (all together the "Agreement"). For clarity, Yahoo! Mail Extra Storage is a "Service" as defined in the Yahoo! Terms of Service. Yahoo! can update and change the Agreement from time to time without notice to you.

BY CLICKING ON THE "PURCHASE ORDER" BUTTON, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.

2. YAHOO! MAIL EXTRA STORAGE REGISTRATION.

In order to sign up for Yahoo! Mail Extra Storage, you must have an existing Yahoo! Mail account. You must also have a Yahoo! Wallet, which will save your credit card, billing and shipping information. If you do not have a Yahoo! Wallet, you will be prompted to complete the registration process for Yahoo! Wallet prior to purchasing Yahoo! Mail Extra Storage. You agree (a) that the credit card number and other information you provide on Yahoo! Wallet is valid, accurate, current and complete and (b) to maintain and promptly update that information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Yahoo! has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Yahoo! has the right to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future access to or use of the Service.

3. DELIVERY OF SERVICE.

Once you click on the "Purchase Order" button, Yahoo! will deliver the Yahoo! Mail Extra Storage to your Yahoo! mailbox as soon as its system is updated, which can be instantaneous or at the most, within 48 hours.

4. PAYMENT TERMS.

Your credit card (specified by you in your Yahoo! Wallet) will automatically be charged the current fee for the level of Service you choose on the date that you click on the "Purchase Order" Button on Yahoo! Mail Extra Storage. Your Yahoo! Wallet credit card will also automatically be charged the then-current fee for that Service at the commencement of each renewal year. All fees are non-refundable once we provide you with Yahoo! Mail Extra Storage. However, you will be able to cancel the service and obtain a proportionate refund (if any) in accordance with Clause 5. Current fees will be posted at Yahoo! Mail in the Options section.

5. TERM AND TERMINATION.

5.1 The Service is provided on a year-to-year basis commencing on the date that you sign up for or upgrade the Service. The Service will automatically be renewed on the anniversary of that sign-up date each year. If you choose to cancel the Service, then your cancellation will take effect immediately and your Yahoo! mailbox will revert to the storage size of a free Yahoo! mailbox. To cancel the service, visit the Premium Services Management tool, and do the following:

1. Click the "Cancel this service" link next to the service you would like to cancel.
2. Confirm your cancelation by clicking the "Cancel My Service" button.

You will receive a partial refund based on the number of days between the anniversary date of your sign up for extra-storage and your cancellation date. Please note, new emails will not be delivered to you until you have reduced your Yahoo! mailbox to the storage size of a free Yahoo! mailbox.

Special note for those who signed up for Yahoo! Mail Extra Storage prior to August 7th, 2000: If you signed up for Yahoo! Mail Extra Storage prior to August 7th, 2000, the Service will not automatically be renewed at the end of your current year of Service. You will have the opportunity to renew the Service at the then-current fees. After you have chosen to renew, the Service will then automatically renew for subsequent years.

5.2 Yahoo! may, but has no duty to, immediately terminate the Service if Yahoo! in its sole discretion concludes that you have provided false information in connection with your Yahoo! Wallet, are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities, or are engaged in activities that may damage the rights of Yahoo! or others.

5.3 In addition, Yahoo! may immediately terminate the Service for any failure to follow the Agreement by you. Termination of the Service may result in the deactivation or deletion of your Yahoo! Mail account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all files you have accrued in your Yahoo! mailbox. If your credit card is invalid for any reason or Yahoo does not receive payment for the Service, your Service will be downgraded to the storage size of a free Yahoo! mailbox.

6. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Yahoo! Mail Extra Storage and its benefits are offered at the discretion of Yahoo!, and Yahoo! has the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service, in whole or in part for any reason, at its sole discretion, and will provide notice to you via your Yahoo! Mail account as soon as is reasonably practicable. You agree that Yahoo! will not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service. However, if you choose to terminate the service, you will receive a refund 9if any) in accordance with clause 5.

7. INVALIDITY OF SPECIFIC TERMS

If any provision of these additional terms or any document incorporated by reference is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the other provisions of such documents will remain in full force and effect as if this agreement had been agreed without the offending provision.

8. LOCATION OF LAWSUIT

The TOS, which apply to your use of the Premium Services, provide that both you and Yahoo agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United Kingdom. The TOS, these Additional Terms and the relationship between you and Yahoo shall be governed by the laws of England without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
